At Foilquiver, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

What Data We Delete

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Account Information: Your email address, username, and account credentials
  • Personal Data: Profile information, preferences, and settings
  • Quiver Data: All saved foils, comparisons, and personal collections
  • Usage Data: App activity, search history, and interaction data
  • Device Information: Device identifiers and app installation data

What Data We May Retain

For legal and operational purposes, we may retain certain information for a limited period:

  • Transaction Records: Purchase history and billing information (retained for 7 years for tax purposes)
  • Legal Compliance: Data required to comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Security Logs: Access logs and security-related information (retained for 90 days)

How to Request Data Deletion

  • Your registered email address

Processing Timeline

  • Within 30 days: All personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems
  • Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete

Data Recovery

Important: Once your account is deleted, this action is permanent and irreversible. We cannot recover:

  • Your saved foils and quiver
  • Personal preferences and settings
  • Search history and app activity
